FREDERICKSBURG -- Senator Bryce Reeves (R-Spotsylvania) announced today that Charlotte Horne, Chairwoman of the Fredericksburg City Republican Committee has endorsed his candidacy for re-election to Virginia’s 17th Senate District.
“It’s leaders like Bryce who give us hope as Virginia moves forward,” said Charlotte Horne. “With Bryce in office, there is no doubt that our beliefs won’t be compromised - he is a proven champion for our values and in my opinion, there is no better advocate for the 17th District.”
Reeves represents the entire city of Fredericksburg.
“I’m honored to have Charlotte’s endorsement and support going into the June 11th Primary,” said Reeves. “She is energetic and has recruited many new members to the committee while serving as chairwoman. Our grassroots operation is continuing to grow and I am looking forward to working with Charlotte and the entire Fredericksburg GOP as we get out the vote.”
Bryce Reeves is a small business owner, former Army Ranger, and former Prince William County narcotics detective. He currently represents the 17th District in the Virginia Senate, which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Albemarle (part), Culpeper (part), Louisa (part), Orange, and Spotsylvania (part). Senator Reeves Chairs the Senate Committee on Rehabilitation and Social Services, in addition to sitting on the Committees on Courts of Justice, General Laws and Technology, Rules, and Privileges and Elections. Senator Reeves resides in Spotsylvania County with his wife Anne and their two children, Nicole and Jack.
