RICHMOND, VA—Bryce Reeves (R-Spotsylvania) announced today that he submitted nearly 13,000 ballot petition signatures to the Republican Party of Virginia. Reeves is the first Lt. Governor candidate to submit petitions for pre-check.
“The energy and excitement from countless of our volunteers made today possible,” said Reeves. “This is only the beginning. Our momentum is continuing to build each day as we advance our field operations. I remain blessed to have so much support from the grassroots.”
The Virginia State Board of Elections requires all statewide candidates to collect at least 10,000 valid petition signatures to be eligible for the June 13th Primary. Reeves exceeded the minimum number of petitions in less than two months.
Reeves for Lt. Governor Campaign Manager Jordan Wiggins added, “Bryce’s positive message and vision for Virginia are resonating with thousands of voters across the Commonwealth. This is a huge milestone in our campaign and I’m confident in Bryce, our team, and our determined volunteers. One team, one goal!”
